What is Required Plus?

In Zendesk Support it is standard only possible to have a required field filled in by agents when the agent solves a ticket.

Our Required Plus app makes it very easy for you to require certain fields to be filled in when updating a ticket and this in all Zendesk statuses.

In Zendesk Support it is standard only possible to have a required field filled in by agents when the agent solves a ticket.

With our app your required agent fields always needs to be filled in all the Zendesk statuses (new - open - pending - on hold - closed). If an agent forgets to fill in a field, our app uses a popup to let the agent know which field still needs to be filled in.
