Our “We Guide, You Build” Service

This is a workshop and configuration training in which we build your Zendesk together with your team.


Our program

A typical setup consists of 4 or 5 setup days spread across one month. (1 day a week).

Phase 1: Discovery Workshop

Zendesk introduction and discovery. We discover your needs and pinpoint how you’d like your new customer support flow.

Phase 2: Building a prototype

We build a prototype of your setup. We do this remotely, in our own offices. Optionally, we can do this at your offices together with your (IT) Admin.

Phase 3: Admin Training Workshop

We fine-tune the prepared setup and show you how to tweak the settings yourself.

Phase 4: Finishing Up and Agent Workshop

We train your team on how to use Zendesk and make the final tweaks to the design.
