What you will work on
Interns at Premium Plus are involved in meaningful work. Depending on your background and interests, this can include supporting Zendesk implementations, optimisation projects, training preparation or internal initiatives.
You will learn how service teams operate, how requirements are translated into solutions and how consultants collaborate with customers. There is room to explore, but always within a structured environment where quality and clarity matter.
How the internship works
We start by understanding your background, studies and interests. Based on that, we define a clear internship scope and learning goals. During your internship, you work closely with experienced colleagues who guide you, challenge you and help you reflect on what you learn.

Our internship program is a good fit for students who are curious, motivated and eager to learn how organisations actually work. You don't need to be a Zendesk expert. You do need to be open to feedback, willing to ask questions and comfortable working in a professional environment.

Internships are available across our European locations and can often be adapted to remote or hybrid working, depending on the role and your situation. You will always be part of a real team, regardless of location.
