Personal data that we process
Premium Plus processes personal data about you because you use our services and/or because you provide these to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:
- Surname and first name
- Address data
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Other personal data that you actively provide, for example by logging in to our help center.
- Location data (country), the IP address of your device.
- Information about your activities on our website
- Internet browser and device type
Why we process your personal data
- Handling your payment, delivering products and services to you, informing you about (changes to) our services and/or products, enabling you to create an account and getting into contact with you about our contract for products and/or services (legal basis: execution of a contract)
- Sending our newsletter and/or advertising leaflet (if subscribed) (legal basis: consent)
- Premium Plus analyses the used equipment to visit the website, your location and your behaviour on the website in order to improve our website and to tailor our offer of products and services to your preferences. (legal basis: legitimate interest)
- Prospection, invitations for events and answering any contact requests outside of the scope of a contract (legal basis: legitimate interest)
Sharing personal data with third parties
The ways in which your personal data can be shared with third parties are:

How long to we keep your personal data?
Your personal data will not be kept longer than is necessary for the purpose for which we collected the data. This means we will delete the personal data after:
- 10 years after the end of a contract;
- Until you unsubscribe to our newsletter;
- 5 years after the last contact not related to a contract;
- 6 months for the analysis of our website.
Irrespective of the period for which we keep your personal data, we will also delete your personal data if you explicitly request us to do so via the contact details above and there are not reasons to reject your request.
Which are your rights?

Premium Plus takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized alteration. Premium Plus has taken various visible and invisible measures to secure your personal data, including:
