It’s that time of the year, again. The moment we look back on what has been, and we look forward to what’s up next. By now, the first is pretty clear, the latter only a wild guess. But I’m perfectly okay with that. After all, life’s what happens while making plans.

And what a year it has been. Hard work, for sure.
It was challenging at times. But, ever so rewarding.

I’m convinced we’ve made a difference to many people in customer service, support and sales. We’ve helped them deliver on their promises to customers, allowing them to turn the many challenges the pandemic brought into opportunities. It gives me great pleasure to think about that. And it’s just one of the many highlights of the past twelve months. Here’s a short recap of the ‘Year of the Ox’ at Premium Plus:

Now, in Chinese astrology, the Year of the Ox is said to bring stability and calmness. It was predicted to be a year of great opportunities and economic prosperity. If that was the case for 2021, I wonder what 2022 brings, the Year of the Tiger. I read somewhere on the interwebs that in the Year of the Tiger, “crazy dreams become a reality”.

Well, bring it on then!
