We will create a prototype of your set-up. We usually do that remotely, but can also do this at your premises with your IT staff.

Admin workshop

Time to fine-tune the prepared set-up and show you how you can tune and tweak the settings yourself. Afterwards, you will excel in the use of your tools. And that’s a promise.

We train your team in the use of Zendesk and usually make some final adjustments to the design and flow based on their feedback. Because, after all, they will be the ones working with it. Right?
