Ten years ago, Kurt founded Premium Plus. Being where we are now was only just a dream back then. And we couldn’t have done it without all of our wonderful customers. So, to celebrate, we handed out 5 awards to some of our incredible customers. Want to know who won these awards? Keep on reading!
The award for ‘First Premium Plus customer’ goes to…
… DPG Media, a Belgian media holding with various radio and TV channels, newspapers, magazines, etc.!
They were our first customer in 2012 with an internal facility use case that is still going strong today. They wanted to make all conversations with internal customers clear, automate workflows, and start measuring SLAs and time spent by the facility department.
After that first project, several others followed. Ten years later, we are still guiding them with integrating workflows and asset management. We even worked out an escalation process of their assets via QR codes into Zendesk with them.
The award for ‘Most loyal customer’ goes to…
… Tele Ticket Service, a full-service ticketing agency and market leader in Flanders!
We have been working with Tele Ticket Service for more than eight years now. And they keep on fascinating us with the new innovations they come up with. This has already resulted in many new projects on a regular basis. Such a close collaboration also asks for fixed weekly meetings to update each other on these new projects’ status and exchange new ideas. We are looking forward to the next idea that will pop up!
The award for ‘Most challenging project’ goes to…
… Locale, the UK leader in property management software!
Locale needed a reliable way to keep teams on the same page with their staff growing fast and having a larger sales team than their support team. So they became our first customer to combine Zendesk Sell & Support. Secondly, they were the first to use the Sell sidebar app in their Support environment.

… Club Brugge, Belgian First Division A football club!
Incredibly future-oriented, always up for a new (digital) adventure, no matter how crazy it seems. Definitely ‘most likely to be as crazy as we are’. So it is always a pleasure to work with them as they are open for any experiment: Zendesk, advanced apps, and even crypto. Nothing sounds too crazy for them.
The award for ‘Zendesk Champion’ goes to…
… Het land van Ooit, a Kontich-based store and webshop where you can find everything for the little ones!
Do you want to see Zendesk used to its fullest potential? Het land van Ooit is definitely the best example: following up on customer requests in Zendesk, maintaining an up-to-date help center, and even using Zendesk as an internal helpdesk for HR, IT, and logistics.
With all awards handed out, our birthday celebration came to a close.
