What We Built with AI Agents Advanced
During the AI Hackathon, teams worked on:
- Advanced conversation flows to highlight Zendesk’s AI capabilities.
- Demo pitches that clearly showed the value and benefits of their solution.
- Documentation detailing the product knowledge behind their builds and the design of their conversation flows.
But most importantly, they worked cross-team, improving their skills, sharing ideas, and strengthening Premium Plus’s collective expertise.
This wasn’t just about creating something functional: it was about learning, pushing boundaries, and showing what’s possible when we work together.
How We Judged the Entries
To make sure every entry was judged fairly and thoroughly, we evaluated them across five clear criteria:
- Usability: How does the AI bot’s flow work? Is it intuitive for non-technical users?
- Feature Set: How well does the bot showcase the technical capabilities of Zendesk’s AI Agent Advanced?
- Relevance: How useful is the flow for real demo scenarios? How relatable is it for customers?
- Sales Pitch: How effectively could the team present and demo their solution?
- Technical Prowess: How well is the AI Agent actually built under the hood?
Our judging panel, made up of colleagues from Premium Plus and Zendesk reviewed each project carefully before deciding on the winner.
