Zendesk limits the amount of views you can display on the sidebar, the Views page is limited to display only the first twelve shared views and the first eight personal views. If you want to show more than this, you can click the more button.
The Viewer app adds a button to the top bar of your instance that shows a clean list of all your accessible views grouped by Global, Group based or Personal Views.
