We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Account Manager Rockstar to join our team at Premium Plus. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of international clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and developing strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
Location: Sint-Niklaas, Grote Markt 6A
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of international clients, including regularly communicating with clients, understanding their needs and goals, and providing solutions to meet those needs.
Act as a point of contact for clients, handling any questions or concerns and ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, customer support, and product development, to ensure that clients are receiving the best possible service and support.
Develop and implement strategic plans to retain and grow existing client relationships.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and bring new ideas and solutions to the table to improve customer satisfaction and drive growth.
Provide regular reporting and analysis of client performance, including identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, with a proven track record of success in managing international clients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to travel internationally as needed.
Languages skills : Fluent English & Dutch. French-speaking skills is a plus.
