Gartner positions Zendesk Leader in its 2020 Magic Quadrant (and that makes us happy)

Great news for Zendesk: it has been positioned in the Leader Quadrant of Gartner's latest Magic Quadrant for CRM Customer Engagement Centres!

Great news for Zendesk: it has been positioned in the Leader Quadrant of Gartner’s latest Magic Quadrant for CRM Customer Engagement Centres! Along with some other stellar companies such as – wait for it – Salesforce, Oracle, and Microsoft, well ahead of SAP. Quite an achievement! See for yourself if you don’t believe it:

Getting positioned in Gartner’s Leader Quadrant is not quite as easy as you might think. You need to be able to demonstrate innovation, and present a clear strategy for the coming years. In particular, you have to prove that you can actually develop that vision and strategy for all types of customers and companies of all sizes, anywhere in the world.

Zendesk has this ‘ability to execute’ mostly incorporated in its well-developed partner network. It does not necessarily go for dozens of randomly selected partners to be able to serve as many customers as possible as quickly as possible. Quite the contrary, it has set the bar quite high. For example, there is only one Zendesk Master Implementation Partner for Benelux and France, and – here it comes! – it’s us.

Zendesk knows that we, like no other, can convert its vision and tools into working solutions that really make a difference to its – and our – customers. With many years’ experience and our determination to get the most out of the tools to improve our customers’ lives, we can show where some of that ‘ability to execute’ comes from.

So, let’s raise our glasses to Zendesk, our shared customers, and also ourselves because we have all played a part in getting this honorary title and this impressive position in the quadrant!
